생물정보학에서, PANTHER (진화 관계를 통한 단백질 분석) 분류 시스템은 유전자 산물 (gene products) 의 기능을 분류하고 식별하는 데 사용할 수 있는 유전자/단백질 계열  (gene/protein families) 및 기능적으로 관련된 하위 계열 (subfamilies)에 관한 생물학적 데이터입니다.  PANTHER는 high-throughput 분석과 같이 단백질과 그 유전자를 분류하도록 설계된 Gene Ontology Reference Genome Proect의 일부로 소개되고 있습니다.
